Product Testing

1.we test the voltage and internal resistance of the cells with internal resistance meter;

2.we also insert the insulating panel between the modules and put the insulating panel under the modules to keep it safe;

3.As for the Nissan Leaf battery pack,we will test it with the Leafspy pro,and we install the upgraded Nissan Leaf battery pack to the Nissan Leaf car to do the road test;

4.We spray the silicone sealant around the edge of the case to keep the battery pack water-proof.

Warranty

1.The warranty for the 40KWH battery pack is 2 years(60000 KM)

The warranty for the 53KWH and 64KWH battery pack is 3 years(80000 KM)

2.We will send the warranty card for the customer after they buy it.

3.Currently some local EV repair shops have cooperated with us,you can get free warranty service through this warranty card.

4.But for some areas,we have not found the partner at this time and can not provide direct warranty service.

If some issues of the battery pack quality itself,you can ask the technician in nearby EV repair shop to diagnose the problems and take pictures to keep the proof,we would pay for the cost for diagnose and repair by the proof pictures and repair receipt,but we are confident with the quality of our battery.

5.And our factory is with 10 years history.

Certification

1.The case and BMS of our upgraded Nissan Leaf battery pack is original.

2.The battery modules inside are brand new and from CATL.

3.They are with UL and CSA certificates which is filed in the certificating company.

4.The CATL is also the supplier of EV of other famous brands like Mercedes-Benz and BMW and Tesla.
